It’s something I always think about, but don’t practice as I should. I push through when I need to stop and take that nap. Take the nap.
I’m trying to look after my health more, but I’m trying to remember it’s okay to have a small piece of cake. A small piece is okay. Not everyday, but once in a while when I’m craving it.
I am not gentle to myself at times and that matters. This is my reminder.
